Last updated 9 June 2018.
This page indexes and links a number of stories that have appeared about Willis's Walkabouts in various publications.
This page remains a work in progress. There are far too many tales for us to hope to add them all, but we should eventually have 10-15 listed.
- In January 2015, Wild magazine ran a two page interview with Russell Willis. You can read it here.

- Out There 1994
Paddy Pallin produced a good outdoors magazine called Out There for three years in the early 1990s.

- The first page gives some interesting personal background about Russell Willis.
The second page mentions a dream that never got off the ground. We did get bookings,
but never enough to run the trip.
- Tasmanian Motor News 1999
At the time the article was published, the RACT was the main marketing agent used by the NT Tourist Commission in Tasmania. Dianne Coon, who at that time was working for the Strahan Visitor Centre, had done a couple of our trips and wrote a nice article which was published in Motor News in 1999.
The article goes for another half page.
